sometimes u feel down, sad and lonely... u don't know what to do.. those blank feelings attack u from no where..
well here is some tiny thingies to do.. well help u to go back to the line, to fill ur empty day and to not over think about those feelings...
put these ideas in a basket or any container and grab one randomly when u need it ^^
1* always pray and ask God to help u .
2* arrange your things.

4* if u r staying at home go outside.. breathe some fresh air.
5* talk to other people.
6* thinks about the precious things that u have.
