📒Adaptation to a New Level..
Sometimes we put pressure in our selves to adapt to a certain period of our life span... or sometimes we don't know what's going on in our lives when we just started a new chapter... like we feel frustration.. lost.. sometimes become sad and depressed because of that...!

And the Life Chapters that I am talking about Are like when u just enter a university... or when u enter the working life aka adult life.. even when a little child starting elementary school... or u travel to live in another country starting new life there... the feelings of denial.. frustration... loneliness..
Some people do understand those feelings...go with excitement and join their new adventures... others don't know what are those feelings... try to neglect..or they still unable to acknowledge it... for all those kind of people.. these kind of feelings are normal... cause u are in a different place... in a different atmosphere.. in a different time...

It's o. k and so normal.. if u see it as an issue and try to solve it, and here are some useful tips.. like.. go outside and communicate with the people.. find about what u don't have and go to get it..like a type of a distraction...

And if I would talk about this topic... Sincerely.. Time will heal everything.. just wait.. balance ur energy.. don't take things in a negative way.. there is always a way to get out of the mess around u... try to adapt slowly and slowly... be patient.. don't put a lot of pressure on ur self.. always surround ur self with beautiful things.. whether these r people, places, books, meditation, sounds, praying...... etc..

Ease everything...communicate with the area around u...start to know things and people around u little by little.. slowly.. slowly... to not overwhelmed ur self and to balance ur energy.. stay a way from negativity cause it's really contagious as its the opposite..!.... Relax... Reset... Restart..!
