Push Push : Quit the addiction of social media !


Well (sometimes) u do quit something when it start to affect ur day &/or ur health so
badly ... somehow..!

social media more of like isolating media. it's nice when u post for an event, eventful day or some discussion in some how.. more than that ( even these are not that necessary to post about) are just wasting of time like to catch up on people lives multiple times a day ... even if posting or u aren't posting anything and just scrolling through ur feeds..

*it may control your ego and u may not be aware of that until the time pass by  !!
* it may waste your time and at the end of the day you cry out thinking how is
your time flew by like that !!
* it may increase your procrastination level to the max !!
* it may hurt your body cause u may forget your self in certain position and not changing it !!

it really so addictive if u were not aware of it .

 Here are some steps for those who want to quit the addiction of using social media or let me say specifically (and i am here not to tell you how to quit but to tell you) the steps that u will be in while you are in the process of quitting the addiction !

back to it.

like it.

dislike it.
⬇️
cut it .
⬇️
withdrawal.
⬇️
back to it.
⬇️
stop posting.
⬇️
checking and scrolling .
⬇️
like it .
⬇️
dislike it .
⬇️
cut it .
⬇️
less withdrawal.
⬇️
back to it.
⬇️
maybe post maybe not (depending on ur excitement ).

acknowledge it that it doesn't make u happy ever again.

dislike it .

cut it .

less and almost no withdrawal from it .

u out of ur own cage .

u have the control.
⬇️
u check it from time to time 
just 
without being mind controlled by it.

if u want to check and if u don't want to ..its up to u now 
cause u reach a level of that these social media can't control u anymore .
