We fear of missing things..
we couldn't indulge in the moment without being interrupted.. we fear of missing out things.. so we stay connected sometimes just to waste our times and to not feel alone.. even that translated or trascripted into other aspects of our reality..
for ex: I will eat this.. just incase I will not gonna have it again ( in one anxious mind).. sending this to ur brain and body.. and then it will be so difficult for ur body to lose weight.. cause it gonna hold on things afraiding of
missing it , not using it or not consuming that food once again..!

we all stand up for every chance anxiously and just in fear of missing it out.. that will not having it again.. its so sad.. but thats a reality that exists in somehow.. that we have to face it.. once we face it and calm our selves down.. without forcing ur self to quit such a habit.. without forcibly uprooting the roots...!
what about to take a challenge and plant those seeds of positive habits slowly and with time there will be no place for the other negatives.. cause the positive dominate the whole area.. and that idea of missing out & miss .. can't eat u up and u live ur life in such a balance of tranquility 🍀
