The important of sitting with your self !!!!

the emptiness leads you to let things out , to sort things , things will be sorted out on their ways .

when we occupy ourselves with things , try to busy our selves and stuff it to the point that there is no space to breathe , no space to live out and live life  .

u become so suffocated with time , unable to breath , unable to live , to enjoy ur life ..

in this time that we r living with increasing the demand or with increasing the time that we r spending being busy here and there stuffed our life moments with things from here and there especially being online almost all the time, without taking time

off for a little . to the point that it get accumulated and u don't have that mental space to carry on more things and u expect others to do ur things and other things like they should have to do it not u cause u r so busy , u don't have a time or mental clarity to do things on ur own and u become super angry if they don't do it unable to communicate !!!!! 

and lets not to talk about ur physical health !!! it will take a little to short time to long time depending on whatever for ur physical health to start to decline cause u r taking care of ur busy life instead of taking care of ur self and ur others !! 


hope you start to balance ur life sooner now than later , sit with ur self , help it help people around u , breathe and enjoy the moments
