empty your time empty your self don't occupy you self don't stare too much on your screen at your laptop at your phone stare into the space into the blank space . staring at the screen and watching listening spending ur time on the internet will occupy your mind and stuff it with so many things that will kept accumulating , hold on those negative thoughts and hinders your movements that make u anxious of everything every movement every place and every human !!!!!!
breathing and staring at nothing / at the nature ( meditation ) , sleeping , working on your self like cleaning organizing chatting with someone good & worthy dancing and jumping empty out all these ideas ,think that u r living your life naturally so
everything you want will be happen as you want and more than what you want . believe . and move the 1st step you may think it may become heavy and you may cry and cry , on the opposite side if u release everything and let it happened with ur intention to be the best and the easiest the best will happen no matter with the easiest way, mind and heart ... empty those thoughts breathe in breathe out live ur life ఇ
