hello there 

no scarcity mindset

no living your life full of fears 

no more letting the fear controls you 

if the fear ever eats you up

consumes your life to the point that you dont know where you at 

where you are heading to 

fearing everyday from everything 

anticipating the worst 

and letting the fear taking the wheel of your life's ship 

let me tell you that this is not life !! 

you may conditioned to believe that this is how life should be

you fear of someone or something will gonna hurt you like out of nowhere 

you fear of death 

you fear of living

you fear of tomorrow whats gonna bring 

you fear of today how its gonna end 

you fear of you laughter that it will gonna turn into sadness once you laugh from the bottom of your heart with a pure of joy

you fear of everything 

until your fear basically becomes your breath 

your habit 

your way of life 

and you spread it to others too

cause you think thats normal and others should do too

you consume fear based media 

and the list goes on

don't let fears consume you , control you 

fear is an emotion ,, dont let the emotion control your life 

start to notice it , observe it from third eye 

see where its coming from ,,

dont force your self to change it 

just observe it and let it be pass ,, don't hold into it

start to sit with your self ,, breathe deeply , inhale and exhale deeply ,, meditate ,, stare into the distance ,, be a way from everything ,, from everyone ,, from your destructive self 

observe it and let it pass by ,, like you are pressing " not interested " on those youtube videos or social media posts !!

take a time of your day to do so 

or before sleeping or after you wake up

say to your self :

its safe to live 

no scarcity mindset 

no scarcity life 

i am save 

i am secure 

i am protected 

i am save to live my life 

i am save to live my dreams

GOD created these universes for me 

nothing harms me 

i am saved

i am secured 

i am protected 

i live my life with joy , with gratitude 

with secure 

let your brain consume these words , these moments let your self consume these different realm , cause life meant to be live in with joy not with fear ! 

once you kept going , your wheel will eventually change no matter what and you live your life full of joy away from fear and from these destructive emotions that once control once's life it destroy it !!

no more destruction 

live life with peace 

with building and engraving the meaning of be secure , be protected and be safe
