it gives you or strengths your compulsive thoughts ,, you decide compulsively like you are scrolling through reels and stories you are super reactive or super non reactive !!
those compulsive thoughts & behaviors end up ( if you are not aware of them ) your life your decisions your moments your responses etc and you keep being in the
once you are out of it for a while enough you start to look at your self & consider things you like if you really like them or you just been influenced by what you see and hear to like & to love that ,,
its weird to think about that and realize that after you face boredom !!!! those questions arise as if they redirect you back to your original self when you are alone just with your thoughts and without letting these thoughts harm you & let you spiral in negative victim formats ,, you look at your self from 3rd perspective , from a different angle ,, you may meditate by looking at the nature at the landscapes , by spacing put at the horizons , by sleeping early waking up early , being absorbed by whats you are looking at wether it be nature or a different thing etc ♡

things will organize them selves , your thoughts , your ideas , your rhythms ,, your nature
you will come back freshly to your original natural self and you may discover after that social medias lead you / enhance you to addict to certain not good behaviors that not benefiting you !!
