I used to write my to-do list every day... filled my agenda every day with lots of to do things ... I used to manage to do a lot of them or accomplish most half of them.. and continue doing like that for years until few years ago I stopped cause if I wrote something I will not do it (as simply as that.) ... at first I just
wrote it then ignore it the next day... after a while as the days kept moving , it started to irritate me and put stress that led me stopped to write anything...

afters days (days and days) of not writing anything.. an idea pop up into my mind... is that instead of writing daily to do list.. am gonna write daily achievements...

I started doing that and it has a huge impact... like u wrote ur daily victories.. even if it was a small one.. just write what have u did for today.. it will put a smile on ur face at the end of the day, and increase ur victory points everyday. and if something that u don't like happen write it and write a sentence below it to make u cheerful .. that will help u a lot to cope with the not good situation and u will learn from it in the future...

now go a head and start to fill ur agenda with a lot of victories...
note : * I keep a small little note book to write an important to do things or ideas that come to my mind..
* I put a little heart shape to any new achievement.

I really love that idea, I think I should do it ^_^ I believe it will bring positive forces in our daily life.
ReplyDeleteyou know Oprah had a close version to that, she said before that every night she writes 5 things that she is grateful for in that day, she said in tears that it changed her life drastically. I tried it for a while it was really helpful! I guess I will start again :)
