hugging you to reassure you

 sometimes our anxious minds tell us to run , run and run , keep telling us to do things in order to get and achieve things while in reality we are actually escaping from things !! the survival mood , escaping from a deadline from someone from poverty from loneliness from failure from hate our self from reality , we tend to do

things that are not in our favor in oder to solve !! in " hopes" of solving thing of better things up , we hurt our selves in the process , may hurt others too , we cry in devastated "souls " ,,,

we just programed our selves to do so ,, don't want to take our lives easy, complicated everything and make everything hard to achieve to get ... making us desperate !!!

stop there , stop there .. be kind to your self .. even if these thoughts come to your mind calm your self down and focus on what you want , you will find the solutions the easiest ways , "in fact the solutions will come toward you fining you and want you" , just be .. reprogram your self in that state of be good be & feel secure and assure , its o.k if you made mistakes in order to figure these out in order to change your self your mind , pat on your head and know the answer is , "just be present in the silence in harmony with life ,with self with surroundings connect with ALLAH ",
