being too much online is not good for your health nor for your life , like spending your time out of internet world is actually really beneficial for you and your surroundings whether it be people or other things , the day is longer and enjoyable your mind is at its own pace , its doing its job in clearing and sort out whats in there , not just that you as a whole are at your pace , you eat your meal clean here talk with someone there or enjoy your time exploring whats around you , meditating
its a must nowadays to sit down and revise how you spend your time and be aware of you being the whole time online , remind your self to always not to be on the internet all the time and to enjoy the life cause there are lots and lots of beauty out there that you are missing if you do just sit there in front of your screen whether it be a desktop / laptop or a phone , the ability that you are in full control that you go online whenever you want and not being controlled and also to enjoy your life out of it that ability , the feelings and the life are indescribable and you gain what you want cause you are confident and you put the trust in the power above it all
