before ..I used to be a little nervous yet excited about Ramadan coming.. days before it.. the thing is now my nervousness increase in somehow in un healthy way due to things that happened ... so I started to feel that huge heavy wight in my chest..prior to its start !

Now as I became aware of it (here how) I fixed the issue..
make it like other days in terms of dividing times throughout the day.. I think what helps me into doing that is fasting for few days sequentially two weeks prior Ramadan begin.. So times in the days are still the same and is like I am eating breakfast 'stop drinking caffeine ,made a huge difference too ' earlier than usual like 3~4:30 a.m and then eating lunch at the
same time 'I usually eat during sunset Maghrib prayer' so do sahoor and iftar
& add in Ramadan the without eating anything between them during the day.
I just also have to wake up earlier like 3 a.m and then continue my day.. as normal.
Instead of saying like there is 30 days.. I make it like 4 weeks.

that really lift a huge burden out of me and make the entrance of Ramadan very light heart warming and a welcoming month.

though i will miss Traweeh and social gatherings during prayer times .. but it all for good ...its a time now to reset , revise and focus on you self ..
