don't panic.. panic will not solve your problems.. it will increase it just... instead think about the situation differently.. you are not alone in this.. and while u r counting down the days to be free again.. think of how u can solve this situation how to walk through this maze.. how to help others and to it as a game..!

I am not discriminating ur situation no not at all we are all in this.. and we are helping each other..
this is a great opportunity if u look at it in a different perspective.. to sit with
your self and think about your life your decisions what thing u do that you have to change it.. keep it.. improve it.. its a time to slow it down and be content.. pray.. be with your self and revise your life.. sit new goals adjust what suit you..and treat it as a reset button.
