🌸
set the intention and work your way up.. don't pile up your feelings inside until they eat you up.. build your inside and learn how to use your emotions positively.. don't let your emotions affect you negatively and let you lose control over your self ..over your life.. don't dwell into them.. take your time to express it and move forward.. don't let them hindrance your moving and stopping you from
enjoying your life ..take care of them and learn the master of how to control them and be aware of not to ruin you or your moments of life.

set ur intention and pray a lot.
be aware of your actions today whenever things trigger you ,observe how you control your self.
revise your day at the end of it.
meditate and play...move to let those emotions out of you.
stop your self when u see u are involving totally and wholly with every situation and every person like u r living everyone's lives.
separate from your self too.. look at your self from third eye... third angle ....
a different perspective.
if bad things happened they will end surely, put this in your mind and live your life each day newly don't create those endless spirals of emotions.. whenever you see your self involving into other situations stop it.. reevaluate and move forward.
no bad attachments.
breathe deeply ..feel each breath entering each part of your body.
believe me with time you will become stronger.. practice it each day and everyday.. and if the result doesn't come up immediately its o. k cause its a skill like other skills in life you learn it and practice it step by step until you master it.
